A Master Certified Coach with over 12 years and 5,000 hours of professional coaching experience, Lori has worked with hundreds of individuals from every walk of life, from housewives to leaders of multinational corporations.
So you might be surprised to learn that Lori’s original
expertise was in hunting submarines. But that 12 years of experience as a female engineer working for the U.S Navy not only provided Lori key insights about leadership, but forged her identity as a leader and a pioneer herself.

Career Highlights
During Lori’s coaching career, she has:
- Served on the faculty as a senior trainer of The Coaches Training Institute (CTI) for 10+ years
- Trained over 4,000 coaches from over 30 countries, in Asia, Europe, Africa, and North America
- Gained over 5,000 hours of training experience
- Served as a trainer for the Center for Right Relationship (CRR)
- Co-designed the Alchemy 3 course for the CRR, a program on experiential learning and co-creation/co-facilitation.
- Served as the first director of CTI’s International Division, managing licensees and an international staff of trainers in 14 countries, massively expanding CTI’s global presence
